Trampolines have always proved a popular draw at Gymnastics clubs. This has led to some clubs offering classes solely for the Trampoline. “It’s the kind of emotion and movement you don’t tire of,” says instructor Susan Weir.
While trampolining undoubtedly has positive health benefits, health experts warn that trampolines must be used responsibly as the unsupervised and inappropriate use of backyard trampolines contribute to preventable injuries.
